studio, OHTC offers daily classes in dance and step aerobics, pilates,
hip-hop, belly dancing and feldenkrais, body scuplt, aikido and
yoga stretch. Certified professional teachers with high skills and
talent help you maximize YOUR goals.
You may find yourself just wanting
a moment to gaze outside the studio window at the everchanging, but glorious
Bay view. It is the most spectacular studio in the East Bay and seeing
is believing.
Yearly, we offer special classes with
guest instructors and a Fitness Expo to help keep you stepping

Aikido:
A Japanese martial art that emphasizes blending and guiding an attacker
through a defense rather than kicking or striking. Benefits include
increased self-confidence and improved balance and stamina.
Back Care: Relieve chronic tension and pain with stretches,
strengthening, abdominal and balancing exercises . Body Sculpt:
A body shaping program promoting strength, flexibility and muscle
definition, using a variety of equipment.
Boot Camp: Build strength and endurance with fast paced interval
training drills. No frills, just hard work.
Hi-Low Interval: A complete body workout that includes a
combination of cardio, sculpt and stretching.
Hip-Hop: Contemporary dance inspired moves for a fun and
great cardio workout.
Kickboxing: High-energy cardio kickboxing and strength conditioning
heart pumping workout.
Pilates: Mat exercise for pelvic stabilization and abdominal
control, joint mobility and flexibility, strengthening of limbs.
Power Yoga: Featuring strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Designed and developed for people who want a work out as well as
all the benefits of traditional yoga.
Step: An intense low impact workout using height adjustable
stepping platforms. Great fat burner, muscle toning, and stretch.
Step Interval: Combo low impact on step & toning major muscles
with weights & resistance bands. Abdominal work & stretch.
Strength Plus: Work all major muscles of your body; PLUS
short cardio drill to improve aerobic fitness. All levels welcome.
SWACK: Step, weights, cardio and abs. All mixed together
for great results. Taiji Quan (Tai-chi): blending of the natural
breathing techniques of qi gong with gentle, non impact moves. Rejuvenate
and relax.
TBC: Total Body Conditioning: Cardio workout, floor aerobics
and/or step, and strength work.
Yoga: Strengthening, toning, stretch and relaxation.
Zumba: Burn calories having fun. Easy to follow. Latin and
International dance steps. The recent fitness craze. It's electrifying!
