In our state of the art aerobics studio, OHTC offers daily classes in dance and step aerobics, pilates, hip-hop, belly dancing and feldenkrais, body scuplt, aikido and yoga stretch. Certified professional teachers with high skills and talent help you maximize YOUR goals.

You may find yourself just wanting a moment to gaze outside the studio window at the everchanging, but glorious Bay view. It is the most spectacular studio in the East Bay and seeing is believing. 

Yearly, we offer special classes with guest instructors and a Fitness Expo to help keep you stepping toward your own personal goals. Come check us out and have a great workout!

Back Care Class: Limber up the spine, increase flexibility, stregthen abdominals, relieve chronic tension and pain in the low back. This class is slow-paced and easy. Probably the hardest thing about this class is getting up early.

Circuit Class: This fun and fast-paced group class is designed to get your cardiovascular system in shape and keep your body toned. (No classes during June 1 through Labor Day Weekend).

Hi/Lo Combo: A dynamic mixed impact movement based workout. Improves cardiovascular stamina and strength. Some muscle toning and stretch included.

Step: An intense low imact workout using height adjustable stepping platforms. Great fat burner. Muslce toning, floor work and stretch.

Aerobic Interval: A lo or hi/lo impact cardiovascular workout while toning major muscle groups, using weights and resistance bands. Abdominal work and stretch.

Cardio Boxing: Intense cardio, boxer training exercises/stretching.

Body Sculpt: A body shaping program promoting strength, flexibiltiy and muscle definition using hand and ankle weights, resistance bands and body bars, topped off with relaxation/stretch. A rejuvenating, non-aerobic workout.

Yoga: Stregthening, toning, stretch and relaxation.
