A new year brings more people; even new members to OHTC. Let's refresh ourselves with Gym Etiquette. Here are few ideas that will make your workout experience more enjoyable for you and those around you: 1. Clean up after yourself - If you pull anything out, please put it back -This includes weights as well. If weights are left on the bars, machines, etc., the next person may not be able to lift the weights off. Please re-rack your weights. 2. Wipe down the machine after use. Please use a towel or our sanitary wipes located in two places in the Fitness Room and one in the Weight Room. 3. Please adhere to our 30-minute rule on cardiovascular machines during peak hours. There is probably someone waiting patiently near by. If all the aerobic machines are taken, please put your name and time you arrive down on board - you will be the next in line. 4. Keep it down - Please use your cell phone in the designated areas. If you are on the treadmill and want to take a call, either let it go to voice-mail or step off and take the call outside the Fitness Room or Weight Room as well. - If we can hear your ipod, your ears may be ringing. Please keep the volume down and save your singing for the shower, car, or elsewhere
