Member Services and Club Automation

We use Daxko Club Automation to manage membership accounts, billing, payments, reservations, and related member services. When you use Club Automation, Daxko processes personal information on our behalf as a service provider. OHTC remains responsible for determining how your member information is used for club purposes.

Important notes about Club Automation:

• Data you enter in Club Automation is subject to this Privacy Policy for OHTC's use of that information, as well as Daxko's Privacy Policy for how Daxko operates its platform.
• Privacy requests relating to information stored in Club Automation should be submitted to OHTC using the contact information in Section 11. We will coordinate with Daxko as needed to respond.
• Club Automation may place its own cookies and collect technical information when you log in or use that site. Those practices are governed by Daxko, not by the cookie settings on oaklandhills.com.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or applications. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
