These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oakland Hills Tennis Club website at oaklandhills.com (the "Site") operated by Oakland Hills Tennis Club, Inc. ("OHTC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about OHTC facilities, programs, membership, and club news. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with Site operation, scrape content in violation of these Terms, or use the Site in any way that could harm OHTC, other users, or third parties.

Membership applications, court reservations, billing, and other member services may be handled through third-party platforms linked from the Site. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. OHTC is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or applications.

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and design—are owned by OHTC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

If you submit information through contact forms or other features on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, offensive, or confidential information that you are not authorized to share. We may use submissions to respond to inquiries and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information on the Site about hours, programs, and amenities is subject to change. Use of OHTC facilities is subject to club rules, membership agreements, and posted policies. Participation in sports and fitness activities involves inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating your fitness to participate and for following staff instructions and facility rules.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION ON THE SITE MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR OMISSIONS AND MAY BE UPDATED WITHOUT NOTICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OHTC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OHTC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
