Group Fitness 

As an Oakland Hills Tennis Club member, you will enjoy a variety of exercise routines for every age, fitness background, and level. Our group fitness classes range from body and mind disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi, to TRX, Cycling, and Barre. Our instructors are trained to guide you through your own workout – at the intensity and speed that you desire.

Small Group Training (SGT) 

Get everything you need to see the fitness results you want with more personal attention than larger fitness classes. SGT has been gaining popularity because it’s an affordable way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.
