Private lessons fine tune a player’s game and provide the benefit of individualized attention.
Clinics
Clinics are a great way to get in practice time and coaching when it fits into your schedule. Clinics are on-going and designed for players who want to focus on movement, strategy and tactics. We use a combination of live ball drills and match play situations to enhance your game. Best deal is to purchase a multiple session Digital Punch card and come when you can.
Beginner Classes – Ready, Set, Rally
Perfect for adults learning the game for the first time or as a refresher course for those players returning to tennis after a long absence. Learn the basics – forehands, backhands, serves and volleys. Students will also learn to rally and keep score. Students may only join the class at the beginning of the month. Get In the Game today!
Live Ball
LiveBall has been described as a “continuous doubles point” Geared towards improving your reflexes, instincts and movement on the court. LiveBall moves fast and challenges you to focus on game strategy, movement and working with a new partner in almost every game. You’ll hit tons of volleys, overheads and passing shots as well!
Cardio Tennis
Looking for a NEW type of Cardio? Then come check out Cardio Tennis. Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you want to find a healthy, new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you ought to try Cardio Tennis. You DO NOT need to know how to play tennis.
Junior Lessons and Clinics
Introduction to tennis through fun games, coordination activities, and basic racquet skills designed to build confidence and athletic foundations.
Focus on fundamental stroke development, rallying skills, movement training, and an introduction to scoring and gameplay in a structured team environment.

Players should bring a tennis racquet, water bottle, and appropriate athletic shoes.

Racquets can be provided for new players if needed.

Drop-in sessions are available based on availability for $55 per session.
