Whether you would like to lose some weight, gain some strength, become more agile and flexible, or get better in the activity of your interest, at Oakland Hills Tennis Club we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, each single client experiences personal training in a unique and individual way based on wellness goals, schedule and budget. We believe that avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach is important because it makes our work more exciting and creative, and most importantly, gets the job done while advancing our personal training clients. As a result, we offer a variety of different programs.

  1. One-on-one Training
  2. Small Group Training indoor and outdoor (max. 10 people)
  3. Group Weight Loss Clinics
  4. Fun workshops such as yoga for couples, salsa and line dancing
  5. Educational workshops such as low back pain prevention and postural analysis and more!
