President/General Manager’s Message

Dear Members,

First and foremost, thank you for your continued patience during our sewer work and solar construction projects. We know these upgrades have caused disruptions, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve the club’s facilities for the long term. The good news: the hot tub and baby pool are now reopened and ready for your enjoyment!

It is with a bittersweet note that we announce the winding down of our massage program. After nearly three decades of service at OHTC, December 2025 will be the final month massage services are offered at the club. Since 1997, Izumi has been masterfully helping members recover and recharge through her skilled work. While we are sad to see this chapter close, we are happy to share that Izumi will be continuing her practice privately. We encourage those of you who wish to continue as clients to reach out to her directly.

“CLUB UPDATES”

Looking ahead, in 2026 we plan to revamp our fitness areas, and part of that initiative will be repurposing the massage room.
Lastly, a reminder regarding fitness class registration. To keep things fair and ensure spots are available to those who truly plan to attend, we have implemented updated accountability policies:

A $15 no-show fee will be applied if you do not check into the club within 5 minutes of a class’s start time.

A $10 late unregistration fee will be applied if you cancel within 1 hour of the class start time.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the classes accessible and enjoyable for all.

Austin Thompson
General Manager

Group Fitness
Yulia Wynn, Director

Dear Members,

I am excited to announce a new service at OHTC — Assisted Stretch Therapy with Tish, our Monday night fitness instructor and personal trainer!

This hands-on method is becoming increasingly popular because it helps improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall performance. It involves a trained professional applying pressure or guiding the client through specific positions and movements.

Common Techniques
Static Stretching: Holding a stretch for a prolonged period to lengthen muscles, but with the added benefit
of the therapist providing a deeper, more effective stretch.

PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation): A science-backed technique that involves contracting a muscle and then relaxing it to achieve a greater range of motion.

Resistance Stretching: The client actively contracts a muscle while the therapist provides resistance, which can help with scar tissue reduction and muscle strengthening.

✔ October Introductory Promo (October 1st through October 15th):
• 45-minute Assisted Stretch Session – $80 (limited spots available)

✔ Standard Pricing After Promo:
• 60-minute session – $110
