President/General Manager’s Message

Dad Joke of the Month:
I tried to become a professional figure skater… but I just couldn’t break the ice.

Speaking of winter sports, congratulations to all of the Olympians representing Team USA at the Winter Olympics — especially the Bay Area’s own Alysa Liu, who brought home gold in individual figure skating.

Here at the club, we currently have a very limited number of memberships available. Once we reach our updated capacity, we will:
Institute a waitlist (as we did last spring), and
Increase the initiation fee to $3,000.

Based on strong participation in fitness classes, swim lanes, and overall facility usage, we are intentionally
lowering our membership threshold compared to where we ended last summer.

Our goal is simple: protect the member experience and avoid overcrowding.
If you know someone who has been considering membership, now is the time to apply before we reach capacity.

On the programming front, I’m excited to share that fellow member Chris Rachowicz will be offering a new class on Friday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, beginning March 13th. The session runs for seven weeks, concluding on April 24th.

Join Chris for a weekly guided experience in:
Meditation
Kriya yoga
Breathwork

This class is designed to support mental and emotional well-being by helping participants reset their internal “tracks,” quiet a busy mind, and cultivate greater balance and clarity. In a world that constantly
pulls our attention outward, this is an opportunity to turn inward — even if just for an hour.

As always, thank you for being part of what makes this community special. See you around the club.
